Capital Programs and Facilities Management funds the routine care and maintenance of all state-owned campus buildings and grounds. Additional non-routine maintenance, projects or “tenant improvements,” beyond basic care and maintenance, are also available. This work is billed to the requesting college, department or non-state/auxiliary group.
