About Capital Programs & Facilities Management

Capital Programs & Facilities Management (CPFM) supports Cal State Fullerton's mission of education, research, and public service by creating, maintaining, and caring for the physical environment in which our campus community learns, works, and connects.

Within the Division of Administration and Finance, our team provides a wide range of services that support, sustain, build, and care for 241 acres of campus facilities and infrastructure. From planning, design, and construction to building maintenance, custodial and landscape services, sustainability, safety, fleet, logistics, and customer service, CPFM works throughout the campus every day.

CPFM is organized into five primary areas, each led by a director under the Associate Vice President. Explore our leadership team and organizational charts below, then meet some of the teams that make up CPFM.
