About Capital Programs & Facilities Management

Dedicated to providing an environment that enhances the mission of Cal State Fullerton toward education, research, and public service, Capital Programs and Facilities Management within the Division of Administration and Finance, offers high-quality services that support, sustain, build, and care for the 241 acres of campus facilities and infrastructure.

Our award-winning team of 200+ employees serve as campus stewards, proudly managing more than 16,000 work orders and 300 projects annually. Our operational departments include building and mechanical trades, custodial operations, landscape services, supply chain operations, fleet management, waste management, utilities, customer service center, planning and design, construction, and so much more!
