Unit Mission

The Facilities Operations Service Center serves as the primary contact on campus that processes the campus' requests for maintenance, non-maintenance, and emergency maintenance services.

These services may include:

  • Requests for building maintenance
  • Carpentry
  • Electrical
  • Painting
  • Plumbing
  • Custodial Support
  • Landscape/Grounds
  • Air Conditioning
  • Event Support

Facilities provide services for all state owned campus buildings and grounds.

Chargeable services are available for non-state buildings, such as College Park, ASI, Titan Student Union, Student Housing and Residential Life, Bookstore and Foundation facilities.

Facilities Operations Service Center staff is committed to providing outstanding customer service. The staff records and processes requests through a computerized maintenance management system called FAMIS. You can contact our staff at 657-278-3494 or email servicecenter@fullerton.edu.

To process your work order request we will need the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Deparment
  • Phone Extension
  • Email Address
  • Building and room number where the service and/or repair is being requested
  • Detailed information regarding request
  • Department Chart Field: XXXXXX-THEFD-XXXXX (example)
  • PO# if using non-state funding

With the exception of the campus holidays, the Facilities Operations Service Center hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, Monday through Friday and can be reached at extension 3494 or servicecenter@fullerton.edu.
