Event Service Support

Facilities Operations can assist you with making your campus event run smooth. We will provide event support when requested. (Cost to be determine based on event needs) Please allow 2 week notification to ensure support will be scheduled in a timely manner.

Services Provided

  • Custodial Support-Restroom Supplies
  • Sprinklers Shut Off
  • Electrical Support
  • Event Trash Boxes and Liners
  • Plumber/Water access
  • Landscape Services/Tree Trimming
  • Air Conditioning and Lighting during Non-Business Hours

To process your work order request we will need the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Department/Advisor Contact Information
  • Phone Extension
  • Email Address
  • Event location area and or building and room number where the service is being held.
  • Detailed information regarding the request:
  • Department Chart field: XXXXXX-THEFD-XXXXX (example)
  • PO# if using non state funding

With the exception of the campus holidays, the Facilities Support Service Center hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and can be reached at extension 3494 or servicecenter@fullerton.edu.
